    Hi there,

I used them last week. I placed an order on the 21st and it arrived on the 23rd all present and correct.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

A few times - superb service, and cheapest by far for what I wanted.
Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

Merlin are one of the shops that always get praised for their service, both online and instore.

I've used them a couple of times myself in the past and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
  • Like a lot of cycle shops they can be 'off' on the phone sometimes.. i guess dealing with the general public everyday including moody tardy 15 ear olds gets to you.

I've got quite a bit of stuff of them over the past year.

    Campag Centaur groupset
    Fizik Arione
    Loads of KMC chains.

They sent me two short derailler cables, instead of a long and short one with the groupset, but they sorted it out pretty swiftly.

I'd spend loads more of my money with them, if I had it :(
