slx brakes

any review on the shimano slx brakes. care to give me inputs on the pros and cons. am an xc rider. thanks in advance

    cracking brakes, work great and as a mechanic ive had 0 problems since their introduction. Dont go for anything lower on the shimano spectrum, have had problems with those. There was a recall on their calipers as they leaked, and even when replaced with the new ones they still do usually.

    Cons.....pass

    pros..... work very nicely, dont burn out with inexperienced riders(ahem, avids cough, cough), not overpriced, servo wave works well, good modulation, easy enough to bleed and no specific kit necessary and they look mint.
    yep, my letter 0 key is bust
