Reactive Lenses - how reactive?

I'm going to bet some prescription sunglasses for riding

Does anyone know if the "reactive" type glasses go clear enough to ride in dusk or even night time riding?

BTW - Contact lenses are not an option

I can't comment about night riding, but had no problems with my reactive lenses when riding in poor light

I used to wear a pair of Quiksilvers from Specsavers, a nice solid full rim pair - survived a good few stacks (better than me)

Must admit, I have gone to contacts now that they offer ones that suit me
