Seat post sizing

Could someone please tell me what diameter seatpost i need for my 2007 Focus Cayo.
I can't see any markings on the one i've got.
While you're at it could you recommend a good carbon post for about £50-£80 please?

    Why don't you take your current one out and measure it with a measuring tape? That is assuming of course it isn't stamped somewhere on the bottom of the post.

    Hi, would suggest the size is 27.2mm, based on a test report i read.
    with your budget the worlds virtuall your oyster for a new seatpost,
