Interesting possible regular feature here I forsee...
Can I suggest you try contacting a few of the authors of more popular (no hits/views/comments) routes in the routes section if I am anything to go by the reason one posts routes is so that others might use them, and then you'll get some new riding mates!
I would volunteer but I know that I am too old/pedestrian, and that routes in the Cheviots are mainly for mudpluggers! And there's no rail links etc..
However there are a couple of good groups, I understand the Border Rievers cycle alot in Northumberland :- iranderson@btinternet.com will be leading the next ride..and the main contact point is Gavin Duthie @ gavin.duthie1@btinternet.com.
