Disc brake adaptors

I'm currently rebuilding a bike and need an adaptor to fit my disc brakes to the forks and need some advice.
I'll be fitting a Hope M4 (original M4, not M4 mono) caliper with 51mm IS mounting and a 185mm rotor to a pair of Manitou forks which are 74mm post mount. The vast majority of adaptors I can find are for fitting PM calipers to IS forks.
The best selection of adaptors I can find is on Chainreactioncycle's site, but I'm limited to two possibles, neither of which are ideal.
One is a Magura 74mm PM fork to 51mm IS caliper adaptor (http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=21525) for a 180mm rotor not 185mm and may not be at all suitable.
The only other one is a Hope PM to IS +20mm adaptor, but I don't see why I should have to buy a new, larger disc when there is nothing wrong with my current one. Do I have any other options? Obviously I would like to avoid consigning a perfectly good set of brakes to the scrap pile just because the standard fitting has changed and I cannnot find a suitable adaptor.
