rear shocks

Hi there i was wondering if well my shocks eye to eye legnth is 200mm with stroke of 50mm i was just wondering if i was to get a 190mm it would lower the bike but if i got the same stroke legnth would it still give me the same amount of travel?

    If it had the same stroke, then yes. However you need to make sure that none of the suspension components clash with anything else.

    You will also find that the bb is lower and the head angle is slacker, along with the seatube. Which will mean the bike would be more stable at speed.
