I was told yesterday by a member on here I believe about using the barrel adjustor's on the shifters to get my gears working correctly. They said it was trial and error, so I'm biking along, having a few problems, I turn it a random amount in one direction.... Problem solved. Screw this 1/4 of a turn stuff!
