wentwood. public or not?

hi

i would like to know if wentwood dh is apublic track as i'm looking at racing there on sunday 1st of march. ideally i want to get some practice in on the saturday before and then stop over, to save leaving at 4am and being destroyed on the sunday for pre race tuning.

any info would be great.
