Specialize F1 Hardrock upgrade fork or newun?

I have a 6 yr old Hardrock F1. The RST forks seem to falling appart. My question is it worth my while to I simply change the forks presumably for something better or bite the bullet and get a new set of wheels. Local dealer says 100 squid for repair and with a ike that cost me 300 new is it worth it? My usage is occasionally Thetford black runs but mostly buggrin bout on farm tracks with my son.

~£100 would get you a new (and better) fork, Rockshox Tora can be had for around £100.

A half decent wheelset can be had for £100 as well

If there's nothing wrong with the rest of the bike then £200 for a new fork/wheelset is cheaper than £300-£400 for a new bike.

What condition is the rest of the bike in? Might need many parts! Frame very heavy too. Tricky one.

if it is 6 years old i think it would be cheaper and better to get a new bike it will only cost you more upgrading it, anyway its up to you just consider it
