Group Ride - this Sunday 21st

If anyone would like to join us this Sunday we are riding the bike course which will be used for next May's Marshman Middle Distance Triathlon . Meeting point is Action watersports in dengemarsh Road , Lydd , Kent at around 8.45 , ready for a 9am start . The 90k route should take aprox 3.20-3.30 at a steady pace .
