SUSSEX NOMADS OPEN INVITATION CLUBRUN 15th FEB 2009


Just to let you all know about this Open Invitaton club run.

Everybody is welcome to join but we really would like all clubs of the South East to join us to make this a great ride for everybody to enjoy. There is a fee of £4 but this is just to buy food for the after ride get together at our HQ.

We may have to change the route again if this is the case.

The HQ is the Burgess Hill Recreational ground.
Doors open at 8.30
Singing on is from 8.30 to 9.00
Ride starts 9.20
Ride distance 50 miles
Fee to enter of £4 This money is for purchase of drinks and food for riders

Please note that we have changed the course to a flatter design although their are still a few lumps in the revised course most clubmen/ women should have no problem with the pace of this social ride.
The distance of the ride is 88km or 55miles

Hi

5 days to go before the Sussex Nomads open invitation Clubrun (Sunday 15th feb).

But if your free tomorrow,(wednesday) there is a training ride around the route.

We meet at 13.10 hrs in Ditchling VIllage car park which is across the road from the Bull Pub car park.
We aim to leave at 13.15 and be back in Ditchling at 4.45 average speed between 15 - 17mph.

Doors open at 8.30 am Ride will start at slightly early than previously advertised.
