Anyone else had the pleasure of trying to sort out a missing issue with Future Publications?
A long story short I still haven't received Jan 09 issue of Cycling+.
First phone call they said they would send it immediately
5 days later phone again as not received to be told that it would take 7-10 days (not sure why so long)
Phone today - Oh no sir we haven't re-sent to you should get it in 7 days.
An irate email and a slammed phone later I am waiting to see what happens next

If it's like Cycling Weekly, it takes more that 10 days to retreive all the unsold copies back from the newsagents and restock them. They don't keep copys on hand to make up for those lost in the post, although I think it would be a good idea if they did as there is always going to be items lost in the post.To err is human, but to make a real balls up takes a super computer.0

I did copy Cycling Plus in on my email in the hope that they might be able to help but good idea about posting Cycling Plus forum0

I save myself all that hassle by going to the newsagents to get mine
