Fox Float sagging preload

I've jsut got a new Fox Float rear shock. The problem is that after I have put in the requisite amount of preload, and got on the bike, the amount of sag gradually increases over the space of about a minute. It's as if the air is slowly leaking out. It claerly isn't that because the air pressure doesn't drop & if you get off and get on again it does the same thing.
Anyone any ideas?

Compression damping is way too high.0

turn off all the rebound and compression and then set the sag."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks for the advice chaps. Tried what you said but it hasn't cured the problem. Back to the shop for me.0
