Go for a blast on a grippy surface as fast as you can pedal slam on till you come to a stop and repeat a few times. Wont be much power first 2 or 3 times but after a few applications the brake power should increase to the point were you can do a stoppie with one finger on the front brake and the jobs done :)

Someone will be along to flame me very soon but its always worked for me plus its fun doing stoppies in the car park at work.

A few hard (but not emergency) stops will do it nicely. Let the rotors and pads cool down between stops.
