If you have 105 brakes, you'll have 105 cartridges. So you probably need these

I've got this bike too.
The brakes, I think, are these (the R730) rebadged, so what g66 said.

One way to find out anyway; my rear pads seem to have practically disappeared last Friday, so I think I'm going to get some of these.
