The wheel is out of true, one spoke is broken and 3 or 4 are loose. You dont say how many spokes your wheels have

What willl happen if you do nothing: probably nothing. But there is a reasonable chance that another spoke will break as the loose ones show the wheel is incorrectly tensioned. With a 36 spoke wheel you could loose 3 or 4 spokes and still be ok. With a 24 spoke wheel loosing 3 or 4 would spell disaster. I weigh 13 stone and I've busted 2 spokes on a 28 spoke wheel and got away with it.

    What you should do:
1)get a spoke key or a small adjustable spanner.
    2) Mark the loose spokes.I use electrical tape for this.
    3) Find some spokes that are not loose. Access their tension by "pinging" them.
    4) Tighten all of the loose spokes one turn.
    5) Squeeze the spokes all round the wheel in pairs
    6) Check the "loose" spokes and listen if they have a similar "pitch" to the correct spokes
    7) if not, tighten by 1/2 a turn or 1/4 of a turn and back to step 5)
    8) True the wheel starting with the missing spoke by tightening the two spokes near it
