New Cambridge Club Proposed - Cambridge Clarion CC

Hi, we have a couple of members of the Clarion trying to get a Cambridge section off the ground. The Clarion has some 25 sections already around the UK and a big gap is Cambridge.
It would be a new club, but part of one of the oldest longest established clubs in the UK. Since 1894 we've been running.
First ride will be at 9.30am on Monday 29th December from Barton Duck Pond. For more details, visit www.clarioncc.org .

These are club rides, no one gets dropped, fellowship and fun and lots of banter. Mixed with the odd tea stop.

(there are also other gaps in the Clarion fellowship, let us know if you are interested in setting up a new section. bike@clarioncc.org)

Just to let you all know we start our Sunday club runs at 10am, leaving from the bus stop in Toft. Distances and speed are always up for discussion on the morning of the ride. We have had a week or two off due the Clarion Easter Meet and other commitments but start again this weekend (19th April). See www.clarioncc.org for contact dertails or just turn up on the day.
    See you there.
  • We are now established and have regular Sunday club runs, see clarioncc.org for further details.

When do you have your rides?
Plus where do they start from?
  • I'll also be interested as i've not ridden with a club before... just need to get a few commutes under my belt first.
