Have i bought a good bike..

Hi, im new to mtb and just purchased my new bike, orange evo8 2009 model. It was either this or the trek 6700, had the orange recommended to me by a friend with an orange so is he biased. I want to get into xc biking with the odd jump thrown in, nothing heavy though.
A little late for advice but i need to know if more experienced riders like this bike.

Any bike is a good bike if you like it! It's a nice machine, great frame, decent value for an Orange.

I fitted the bike well and i prefered to the trek.

Just got to find some xc tracks around my area. Ive posted a note asking for advice in another section.
