    Well done to Mr Hoy, but me bloody hands hurt.

    I was clapping so hard for as we won Coach and Team and then when poor old Lewis got second, then i knew Mr Hoy had won.

    Now going to to rest those poor hands in ice as they look like they have been to a professional Flagellation artiste. Ooooh but its worth it.
