Upgrades

I have just bought a Felt Compulsion 2 Se Mint Sauce Ltd Ed. and still have about £100 spare. What necessary upgrades should I buy to make it that perfect bike?

contact points if uncomfortable, maybe tyres. Apart from that, nowt, save the money until parts wear out.

Get some more cycling clothes - baselayers, midlayers, jerseys, waterproof shorts etc. Can never have too much!

thanks for your advice. I'm thinking about getting some endura 3/4 waterproof shorts for the winter. Do waterproof socks work? Just a thought

Sealskins work, but as with the gloves, there is a large hole at the top to get you in through... and the water gets in there too unless your careful, the longer socks are better.

And before anyone say the socks are useless, i put mine on and put on my gore-tex shoes which were still wet from saturdays antics and my feet stayed dry...

i had the same sort of prob...wanted to upgrade some things you have loads of options...

1) get some trinky bits (bling) and put your signature on your bike...Hope do a set where you get bar end,headset,skewers etc sets in like 7 different colours! go for a theme! i like black and red.

2) new seat! defiantly recommend trying first i like the selle san marco ones.

3) grips! the new lizard skin loc on peaty's are great! look awesome and highly recommended.

4) get washing equipment for you bike! get some chain cleaner kits as they work extremely well and some degrease etc...

5) get a good tool kit for £45

6) get good helmet or clothes etc..

theres a few ideas hope they helped!!
