    lube,oil just washes off in very wet/muddy conditions

    Finish line. Wet in winter, Dry in 'summer' (if we actually have a summer..)

    Finish line wet, winter and summer up here, always wet. Just don't use too much (my usual trick :oops: ), too much just wastes lube and encourages the chain to clag up more quickly, particularly if it's dusty.
    It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    WD-40.

    I probably shouldn't use it but I don't have a car to have car oil and the
    tube from the WD-40, I have it for 2 years and it's not empty yet.
