    Wow. That IS shocking. I'm the only cyclist where I work, but there are only 4 of us!! There are about 40 in the same building and they all think I'm strange for cycling when there are perfectly acceptable busses and trains available.

    But the last time I worked on a site with 150ish employees, about 25 cycled regularly. Thats more normal surely?

    probably not, even in london bikes account for tiny % 1 %to 2% rings a bell.

    I'm the only one in my office of about 40. I was the only in a building of about 300 until we moved office a couple of months ago. Now there 5 or 6 others in the building that cycle - out of more than a thousand in total.

    We have around 2800 staff; our annual travel survey suggests that somewhere between 6 - 10% consider themselves as regular cyclists. Approximately 160 to 280 people.
