Pedal problems

Hi all,
I recently bought a condor bike second hand and am having serious trouble removing one of the pedals to put my clipless ones on.
I've taken off the right one without too much trouble but the left one is giving me a hard time. I've sprayed 3in1 to help loosen it, but to no avail, does anyone have any suggestions??
Would really like to ride the bike tomorrow to work but dont want to ride it with toeclip pedals!
Help!

To take the pedals off -
Clockwise Left Anticlockwise Right Andthereyougo ! - just remember CLARA0 -
still no luck! it seems to have been welded on. its not so much of a problem at the moment though, as i cant seem to get my shimano pedals off my old bike!
the pedal tool is 15mm and too big to fit the pedal bar, so how do those come off??? Do i need a large allen key to attack it from the other side?
still havent had a chance to take it for a ride after almost a week of owning it as my baby keeps waking me and i'm too tired to commute0 -
Too big to fit the pedal bar ? Not sure I'm following you.
You can use an allen key on the other side - but you need something like a long piece of pipe as leverage.
I have used an alu garden rake as an extender tube to get the leverage on my pedal spanners in the past. Worked fantastically.0
