Charge Duster Mid - frame size ?

Hi chaps and chapesses, anyone out there own a Charge Duster who can offer any advice on frame size ?
I'm 5 foot 7, can't decide if the Small (16 inch) or Medium (18 inch) would be the best fit.
(Yes I KNOW that the only way to find the right size is to try 'em, but it'll save time ordering/retruning if I get it right first time
