Not wishing to plug the publication but this month's Cycle Sport has the 09 calendar

If Sky show highlights of the Tour Down Under again then in about a month.
    Winner: PTP Vuelta 2007

Omloop het Volk used to be the first big race, but with the Tour of California reaching maturity and the Tour Down Under likely to get more exposure this year it's a shorter winter than ever before. Still, with all the Lance stories it already seems to drag on forever :? ... well, there's always cyclocross

In the past few years, it's generally been:

Tour Down Under, same day highlights on Sky Sports

Tour de Langkawi, delayed highlights on Channel 4

Paris-Nice and Tirreno-Adriatico, live on Eurosport

Then all the classics and the Tour of the Basque Country live on Eurosport

I'd add in the minor classics that aren't on Eurosport are usually on cycling.tv
