Is this good ?

Today we did the cooper run it was like -1 so that didn't help but oh well.



I managed to get 4km which is 10 laps in 12 mins

I laped everybody at least once and on the table got scored excellent for 17-19 year olds and im 15 but I was wondering what people got on here and stuff and whether the weater affected me due to freezing tbh

    yer sounds like your pretty "fit" at running. When I was 15 I was doing 1500m in about 5mins 30secs. but the uber guys in my year were doing sub 5mins. Now they were fast.
    Your well above the average guy so your doing well. Now translate it too the bike and go see how fast you are against the fast racers. I thought I was pretty fast untill during races they go storming past leaving you thinking youve left your brakes on somewhere

    Yeah, I havn't found anybody YET on a bike that is actually fitter than me but I should be getting into some races next year.

    I train twice a week in the gym running and doing some basic weights n stuff and i also ride 5 mile to school and back which helps.
