I called this firm up this morning, asking if they could have a look at my freehub. I spoke to Andrew, who I think owns the business. I told him I was in a hurry to get it fixed as I use the bike to commute. Despite him being very busy, and me never having used Cyclefleet before, he made the time to sort me out and I was able to roll again that night.
