hi
Havnt posted as been unwell Ive got diabetic type 1,Having trouble riding and getting the control If theres anyone out there who has this blasted ailment please help.
Im hypo most of the time and cant ride for more than couple of hours

    If you're hypo most of the time you have problems. Either reduce your insulin injections or increase the amount of food you eat, my dietician prefers the less insulin route. Reduce insulin by 2 units at breakfast time and test your blood and keep like that for a week and see what your results are. If that improve things then start on the dinnertime injection. Assuming you are on 4 injections a day. TBH it is best to seek tha advice of the medical professionals treating you and not that off the internet even if the provider lives with diabetes too.

    thanks mate it is nice to know that someone else has it and still cycles,they told me to increase by 2 units and eat its all new and i know ill get it sorted,It was so cold today i could not use the lancet thing lol
