Good buy? update to xc wheels question

Hi again,
I have been offered:
"Fox F90s (I know its 10mm out!), brand new and DT Swiss X420 custom rims, 24mm, 28/32hole and DT Swiss Competition spokes on Specialized Hi Lo disc front hub, 28hole with disc mount and sealed cartridge bearings and DT Swiss custom 370 rear hub with DT RWS QR and 32hole.
Both brand new and off a Specialized carbon stumpjumper ht"
For £300. I know the fox forks get good reviews and would compare favourably to the 2nd hand reba's I've been looking at but the wheels are a bit of an unkown quantity. Anyone know if they are any good? Would they be as good as a merlin xt / xc717 build I have been considering?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Fork is good, wheels are OK, similar to the XT set up in quality I would say. Maybe a touch heavier.0
