Hello
Does anyone have any experience with Tredz, particularly the shop in Cardiff (as opposed to the online service)? I went there this morning and the guy who served me was very helpful. Just want to check there aren't any horror stories?
Many thanks

I heard they have a cupboard in the back of the shop that Freddie from Night Mare on Elm Street lives in.............0

I got a bit frustrated with that fact that their stock levels didn't seem to be too clever - more than once they didn't have my size ('normal' size).
When they DID have my size in a jacket I wanted, I asked for money off and got 20% just like that.
All was instantly forgiven!0 -
Online they are very helpful but a bit slow. They rang me the other day to let me know my order was on it`s way and they answer e-mails quick.I prefer them now just because they are pleasant.Smarter than the average bear.0
