Trek Belt Drives...

Hi - I'm looking for a singlespeed fun commuter I've got a couple of bikes on the list...Felt Dispatch and Charger Mixer..

I was quite intrigued by the Belt-driven Trek's - low maintainence and no mucky trousers...

Has anyone ridden, seen or heard anything good or bad about them?
