If there are any cycling enthusiasts based in the Huddersfield / Mirfield area and who are currently looking to join a very friendy cycling club, Ravensthorpe are moving to a bigger and better club room this evening.

As stated above, the grand opening is tonight and we are trying to increase the publicity of the event as much as possible. It's an excellent club with a wide range of cycling abilities.

    Did Lisa Brambani ride for Ravensthorpe back in the 80's?
    She was the Nicole Cooke of the time if I remember rightly.

    She did - and she regurlarly used to turn up and hold her own in 2/3/Junior road races. I should know cos I used to follow her and stare at her a**e. Me and 58 others. :D
