Are there any exercises I can do in an injury prevention sort of way, I'm doing two weight sessions a week now anyway so integrating something to benefit another sport wouldn't be too hard.

    Depends what injuries?

I find bodyweight stuff very good for mainting core strength and balance - be it squats, claf raises or press ups.

Pilates related stuff is also good for core strength which helps balance - I use both for surfing too - to maintain shoulder strength and power but also help with balance.

    I'd recommend:

    Squats with lightish weights.
Calf raises with lightish weights (off a step)

Press ups (all sorts of high intensity options if you find normal ones too easy - I have many many variations!)
    Dips (off a chair)

Pull ups (if you have a bar)
    Bent over rows (lightish weights)

    Shoulder presses
    Shoulder raises

    French presses (for triceps)

    Curls
    Concentration curls

    Crunches
    Sit ups.

All in that order - work biggest muscles first down to smallest ones.
All of this can be done at home with almost no kit.
