Shoes for work

I like to get a pair of shoes that primarily look good at work. Prefer no large makings (but I know this will be difficult) and black. Good for walking too, with decent grip on the pedal. Also, lace ups if possible but would look at anything else. Anyone know of any shoes that fit the bill, or am I better off just getting standard training shoes from my local sports shop.
