anyone know which headset i should get to replace my other one, my bike is a trek pilot 1.0 2007

    Replacing a headset is a difficult job requiring either specialist tools or pots of ingenuity. Just take it to your local bike shop, they'll pick out the right headset and fit it for you.

    its only the bearings i will be replacing
