Are the roads in Richmond Park still icy at the moment?

Hi all, the subject kind of sums up my question. Anyone been through the park this afternoon? Has it thawed?

Don't know, I'm afraid. Were they icy this morning? I normally commute through the Park, so it would be good to know for future reference?

Fwiw, when it was icy, I went through the middle of the Park to avoid Broomfield Hill.

I avoided the park this morning, but I live fairly close by and all the cars seemed to have had a good frosting.
I'm guessing that most of the shady areas will still be icy even though it warmed up a bit this afternoon - I think the Dark Hill is probably one to avoid!

    Likewise.

I must admit, so far, I've not experienced ice on the roads in the Park, even during 8 am rides when it's frosty, but, yes, that shady bit down Dark Hill is always a stretch I'm cautious of.

I sure hope it is warmer on Saturday morning. I do not feel like hitting black ice at 30mph down Broomfield Hill
