I need 1 just 1 SPD cleat as i cant find one of mine.

I want to learn to ride fixed on my SS now im UNEMPLOYED but ive lost one of the SPD cleats as i normally ride look pedals.

Please can someone donate me a single SPD cleat pretty pretty please? Would be mucho appreciated...

funnily enough that was actually the first place i looked as i thought maybe i only took one cleat off but it appears i didnt and it wasnt

If the Brizzle ressie above fails then I can oblige. Do you want a left or right cleat Is it cleat only or bolts and shoeplate and cleat?

the cleats are the same left and right.

Its literally just the cleat i need. I have shoes, bolts, and the two hole plate thing, ive just lost the actual cleat. Looked where i found the two hole plate thing and its not there

wreck my room looking for it today.

If i dont get one from gtvlusso which im sure i will, i'll let you know.

Whilst people are given stuff to worthy causes I have some "Crank Brothers Smarty custom for Specialized" pedals from my 2008 StumpJumper Expert HT. Never even put on the bike as I put some XTR SPD's on. They've just been sitting in my garage for over a year.

PM me if you want them. Didn't come with any cleats.

i also found today a HR monitor that i dont want/need. barely been used i will happily send it on to someone. but its the most basic of HR monitors cant even get average HR
