rear suspension pump?

hi, i just bought a bike with x-fusion o2 rear suspension and when reading the hand book it talks about a pump? what kind of pump does it mean? how much are they? what is a good one? is it nessesary? its my first full suspension. any idead? thanks

Pop down your nearest Halfords or LBS and get the cheapest shock-pump you can find.
Shouldn't cost much more than £15-£20, IIRC.
There are much more expensive alternatives, but you shouldn't need to use it much once you've got the setup right.0 -
