Friston Trails - Jumps?
Hi All,
This is my first post, i've been riding for a little while but not consistently and just for fun, I want to start pushing myself harder now to try to actually get better. AND IVE GOT SOME NEW KIT TO SMASH UP! X]
I was told Friston Trails is pretty good, and its v.close to me so thats a plus. The last bit I read about it, the writer said there were manmade jumps and stuff there, does anyone know if they are still there? And if so, are they any good?

There are a couple of downhill runs in there which were maintained last time I was there a few months back, you go right past them if you ride on the marked (not enough!!) XC route that starts from the seven sisters car park. Theres also other bits of single track you may spot when riding on the main route, keep an eye out0
