I've started commuting to work recently. Although my route is generally okay as I work shifts I'm finding my positioning is giving me trouble.
I still tend to cycle quite upright and cause a bit of wind drag, and my saddle is'nt particularly high.
Has anybody got any advice on any handlebar/seat/positioning changes I could make?
cheers

Different positions suit different people. Could you tell us where you feel uncomfortable? (Back, wrists, shoulders, etc)0

Dizzy, I'm a new(ish) MTB commuter and was having some problems with bike positioning - see this thread for some links I found very useful in getting my bike set up properly for me:

My lower back isn't sore as such, it just feels really tired there before anywhere else does, which may sound a bit odd.
Cheers for the set up link, I shall have a gander and see how it goes!0
