    An axe is an excellent idea. Twine to join the logs together can be sourced from the forest which inevitably lies just off the beach.

    Yep, there will defo be some vines, or if it comes to it, we can split fibres off the palm trees with the very sharp axe. From the palm forest, obviously.

    I suppose for luxury item I can't have my surfboard? It's just that I was wandering round the island and noticed there was a really nice pointbreak with a barreling reef on the inside. Mmmm surfing.

    One time I listened to it this guy said he would have a six inch nail as his luxury item becasue he once read somewhere that some stranded people found one in a piece of driftwood and fashioned some kind of rescue (gradually I imagine) out of it. He figured it might inspire him.

    Sharks? Crocodiles ate all the sharks :wink: Only seen one shark whilst surfing in Indonesia, made sure there were people between me and it :D
