Anyone know if bikes are allowed in Windsor Great Park, or if there are any decent off-road routes nearby?

    Yes, but only on the tarmac bits, not offroad which sort of defeats the object. As for 'decent' off-road routes nearby....no not really you'd need to go further afield, Chilterns, Bracknell Forest, North/South Downs to get anything 'decent'.

    Thanks - in view of that, I think 'll brig the kids' bikes as well and we can do a family thing in the Park.

    There is always the jubilee river and the tow path alongside the river thames.

    It is also shut between dusk and dawn, as I found out a few days ago. :cry:
