Fox Forks help needed!?

Ok so, I'm going to be purchasing a new fork, probably from Fox and I'm wondering if anyone knows if you can reduce the new 2009 Vanilla R, from 140mm to say 130 or 120mm???? Is it also possible to do the same with the New 2009 Float R?? And do the new floats come with a shock pump?

Yes, you need to fit spacers internally.
All aftermarket Fox air forks come with pumps.0 -

Reviews at MBUK and WMB are very positive. No more or less relaible than a Fox.0

if you doubt the newest rockshox forks, why not try an older set of 130mm revelations. i used a set on a p7 and they were unbelieveably good. i run a 115mm reba on my old stumpy which has been faultless in the 3 yrs ive had it. i also had a pike which might be the best fork i have ever ridden. all of the rockshox have been every bit as good as the 3 fox forks i have had.
i know a bloke selling a 120mm fox 32 rl off of his brand new trance x2 (he has fitted a new set of 20mm axle revelations) let me know if you want me to get in touch with him.0 -
I'm just really torn between the two. I'm getting more functions on the RockShox than the Fox for around the same sort of price (for 2009 models) so I really don't know which ones to get but I'm told by a lot of people Fox are excellent, but are being quickly caught up with by RockShox since being taken over by Sram.0

I got the Fox 32 100 rl and I love them.
Easy to lock and adjust, and have had them a year and no maint so far, and they look damn good.
If they are good enough for world class moto cross then they are good enough for bikes.0 -
