Damaged cleat screw

Hi, Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove a cleat screw that I have managed to round off completely by being technically retarded. I am changing to Time atac fron SPD as me gammy old knees are playing up. Don't fancy having to buy a new pair of shoes?

i think drilling them out would be your only option here...there was a thread not long ago from a guy in a similar situation..not sue wha he ended up doing tho..0
