Boardman road Team - What frame size?

I'm very tempted at buying a Boardman road Team 08 (aluminium frame). At the moment it's £674.99 with the 10% off deal, It was previously £899.99 rrp. I'm not sure which frame size is suitable for me. Either a medium or large?
I'm 5'11'' and have a 32'' inside leg
I was originally looking at the Team 09 bike at £799.99 with SRAM Rival gears but noticed it has a 50/34, 25/12 chainset compared to the 53/39, 25/12 on the 08 (Ultegra) Team bike. Would I need the extra gears in the Chilterns? I currently ride a 52/42, 26/12 8 speed which seems to do the job but tend to bash the pedals rather than spin at a faster rate.

Not to sure of geometry but probably 54cm frame sounds good for you, also get the man gears you'll soon get used to them if you practice enough, i find the gears on my 'good' bike are frustratingly easy now so will be time for more bike shop shennanigans soon...... :roll:
