Any suggestions for new helmet,around 50 quid to spend......I only ride for leisure and fittness so areodynamics is not a priority.

Whatever fits you best. There are loads and loads below £50 so you'll need to try some on.

I always use Giro helmets as they fit me and there's a good range to choose from.

"Whatever fits you best." same again. get ur head measured ( above the ears?) to get specific size. if your impatient like myself check out wiggle or take your time at your nearest bike shop. would highly recommend giro even tho i have a bell sweep r.

Giro Monza are very good, or Specialized make one for £30 which is superb value for money in Cycling Plus and the comic IIRC..can't think of the model for the Spesh..
