Do you use such when placing a post in a carbon frame bars stems etc?
If so which brand,how dod you find it?
Seem to read more & more of stuck carbon posts!

Yep, I use a torque wrench to tighten to specified tightness and use Tacx carbon assembly compound on the seatpost etc, before inserting it into the frame.

Pace also make a carbon compound that is pretty much the same as the Tacx stuff although I've heard its a bit coarser.
Its not as common among retailers but I found some at bikegoo.co.uk.
Might be worth considering.0 -
I've used the Pace stuff since it came out about 18months ago seems to work fine. Certainly stopped any slippage. I just Googled it.0
