EuroVelo route 4

Planning ahead, has anyone any info on the French part of the EuroVelo Route 4 from Roscoff to Calais - looks like an interesting trip with easy routes in and out of France, but what about the route in between?! Distance? Camping or B&B? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
