I've got 2 16" LCDs you can buy off me for £10.80I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

they are all pretty good now - I am happy with the Samsung models we have in the house. My dad has a sony bravia which he likes and a friend has a nice Panasonic viera which I admit I would be tempted with.
the cheaper ones have lower contrast ratio - look for something higher than 10,000:1 and this would be good.0 -

I would second eBuyer - many of their cheap brands actually have Samsung panels under the skin.0

Also have a look at richer sounds http://www.richersounds.com/productlist ... group=LCD2 they are normally very competitive on price.

Think it aint worth scrimping on a t.v, i'm guna fix my Cannondale, she's been good to me and if i'm realistic a new front wheel, some cables and an innertube will sort her out, but those bianchis, mmmmmmmmm :?winter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg

These chaps were most helpful despite the grumpy moderator, had to PM boxrick this forum address as he deleted my advice and link :roll:winter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg

Why bother.
TV is dire even with all the 6045 channels now available. There was more worth watching with just 3 channels than the cack they have been putting out for the last 15 years.
Films aren't much better: formulaic plots, cardboard characters, car chases, violence.
Football's a complete waste of time: overpaid primadonnas that can just about pass a ball for 30 yards (as long as its their 'good' foot).

i can't afford to go out every night and get very bored sat in, i watch absolutely no tv if i can help it but bought a ps3 the other day(well a couple of weeks ago anyway) so planning on using that to kill the boredom, if it doesn't work then maybe i'll just take up drugswinter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg
